2. Orders
You agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect pricing).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We accept secure online payments via trusted providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
4. Shipping
All products are ready-to-ship items dispatched from our UK location.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days.
Delivery within the UK:
£1.99 for orders under £10
Free delivery for orders £10+
Please ensure your shipping address is correct – we are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information.
Once an order is handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will assist if issues occur.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
Do not send items back without contacting us first at contact@mamutino.co.uk
Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned goods.
