These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use mamutino.co.uk or purchase products directly from Mamutino.
Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery information.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your contact, billing and delivery details.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.
All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and our acceptance of the order.
We may be unable to accept an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious error in the price or product information;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for legal or operational reasons outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the affected order.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£).
The total product price and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete checkout.
Prices include any taxes or charges that we are required to include in the displayed selling price.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may change from time to time.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs and other information on our website are accurate.
Because different screens display colours differently, the appearance of colours may vary slightly from one device to another.
Handmade, textile or naturally textured products may also have small variations in texture, stitching, placement or finish where these are inherent to the materials or production process. Any such variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
5. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item if we are unable to fulfil it.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Products available to purchase are dispatched from our UK stock using tracked delivery services.
Delivery charges, estimated delivery times, dispatch information and current delivery areas are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and are also shown where applicable during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Information Supplied by You
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address before dispatch, although this may not be possible once the parcel has entered the delivery network.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where a delivery problem is caused by us or by a delivery provider acting on our behalf.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Our voluntary 30-day return period is in addition to your statutory rights.
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers also have a statutory right to tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then normally have a further 14 days to return them.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by Mamutino must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where applicable.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at contact@mamutino.co.uk.
Your legal rights relating to faulty goods are separate from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy.
10. Product Use & Safety
Please follow any age guidance, safety information, care instructions and warnings supplied with a product.
Products should be used for their intended purpose and, where appropriate, with suitable adult supervision.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse that could not reasonably be attributed to a fault in the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of mamutino.co.uk — including our branding, original text, graphics, photographs, illustrations and product designs — is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by MKT PARTNERS LTD.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected Mamutino content without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep mamutino.co.uk available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or technical errors.
We may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
13. Our Responsibility to You
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Mamutino supplies products for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or where the products were not supplied for business use.
14. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Occasionally, events outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to process or deliver an order.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed.
This does not remove any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or legal requirements.
The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you under the law applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought as a consumer.
