Who we are

We’re a small, London-based family studio. Everything you see at Mamutino is in stock, hand-checked, and Ready to Send from our UK shelves. No dropshipping, no long waits — just thoughtful products packed with care and shipped quickly via Royal Mail.

How we work

In stock, not dropshipped. Every item passes through our hands. We inspect, protect, and pack each order as if it were a gift.

Royal Mail Tracked. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days across the UK; remote areas may take a touch longer. Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually ship the same day.

Express on request. Need it sooner? Email us before checkout — we can arrange an express Royal Mail service at cost (no extra fees).

Simple returns. Changed your mind? Unused items can be returned within 14 days (see our Return Policy).

Real support, 7 days. We reply quickly — often within hours. Morning messages usually get a response the same hour; late-evening emails are answered the next day.

UK-first focus. We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, to keep service personal and reliable.

Kinder packaging. We use protective, recyclable materials wherever possible.

Why it matters

Big-store parcels can feel anonymous. Ours don’t. Your order is checked by a real person, packed like a present, and sent with reliable tracking — so you can relax and enjoy the moment it arrives.
