We want you to be happy with every Mamutino order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made directly through our website.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
We follow UK consumer law and aim to handle every request fairly and transparently.
1. Eligibility
All Mamutino products are Ready to Send from our UK studio.
You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To start a return:

Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending anything back
Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
2. Return Conditions
Item must be unused, clean and in its original condition (reasonable inspection is fine).
All packaging, tags and inserts must be included.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete or sent without approval will not qualify for a refund unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after:
We receive and inspect the returned item, and
It meets the conditions above.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Return Address
For security and to prevent unauthorised parcels, our return address is not listed publicly.
You’ll receive the full address in your return authorisation email.
Returns sent without prior approval or to any other address may not be processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
Your order number and a short note describing what happened
We’ll review and resolve it quickly, either by replacement or refund.
6. Lost Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Check safe places and ask neighbours
Contact us within 3 days of the delivery update so we can investigate with Royal Mail
We can’t be responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
