Pricing
All prices on Mamutino are shown in GBP (£).
The product price and any applicable delivery charge are clearly shown before you complete your order. There are no hidden Mamutino handling fees added at checkout.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using tracked Royal Mail services.
Royal Mail Tracked
£3.65 for orders under £10
FREE UK tracked delivery for orders of £10 or more
Standard delivery normally takes around 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Every order is checked and packed before leaving us.
Express Delivery
Need your order sooner? Please contact us before checkout at contact@mamutino.co.uk.
Where available, we can arrange a faster Royal Mail service and confirm the additional postage cost with you before you order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, excluding Jersey and Guernsey.
Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are welcome, although delivery may occasionally take a little longer depending on Royal Mail services.
Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation first.
If you need help, contact us at contact@mamutino.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate the shipment with Royal Mail.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery.
We may introduce international shipping in the future as Mamutino develops its logistics network.
