This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through mamutino.co.uk are dispatched and delivered.
Products currently available to purchase are held in the UK and dispatched directly to our customers using tracked delivery services.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, excluding Jersey and Guernsey.
Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are welcome, although delivery may occasionally take a little longer depending on Royal Mail services.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
2. UK Delivery Charges
Our current standard UK delivery charges are:
Orders under £10 — £3.65 tracked delivery
Orders of £10 or more — FREE UK tracked delivery
Any applicable delivery charge is clearly shown before you complete checkout.
Promotional offers or discount codes, where available, will be reflected in your order total at checkout.
3. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or major Royal Mail disruptions, dispatch or delivery may occasionally take longer.
4. Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery normally takes around 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will provide reasonable assistance and work with the delivery provider where necessary.
5. Tracking
Our standard UK deliveries use a tracked Royal Mail service.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
6. Express Delivery
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before checkout at contact@mamutino.co.uk.
Where available, we can arrange a faster Royal Mail service and confirm the applicable postage cost before you place your order.
7. Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address before dispatch, although changes may not be possible once the parcel has entered the delivery network.
If an address supplied by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, this may delay delivery or result in the parcel being returned to us. We will work with you to resolve the situation where reasonably possible.
8. Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation first.
If tracking has stopped updating or you believe the parcel may be lost, please contact us at contact@mamutino.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check any safe places around the property and with other members of your household or neighbours where appropriate, then contact us if it still cannot be found.
9. Damaged Parcels
If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mamutino.co.uk.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the item and outer packaging.
Damaged or faulty goods are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
10. Split Shipments
Occasionally, an order may be dispatched in more than one parcel where this helps us fulfil the order efficiently.
If we split an order, you will not be charged any additional delivery fee because of the split.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, charges or business operations.
The current version will always be published on this page with the latest update date shown above.
