Shipping policy

All Mamutino products are ready-to-ship and are dispatched from the UK.

1.Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2.Rates & thresholds (UK)

Orders under £10: £1.99 Standard Delivery

Orders £10 and above: Free delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
All prices include applicable UK taxes (VAT).
Any discounts or promo codes are applied at checkout and reflected in your order total.

3.Handling & delivery times

Dispatch time: usually 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

Transit time (UK standard): typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

During peak periods (e.g. bank holidays, Christmas), delivery may take longer.

All orders are fulfilled from our verified UK location listed below.

4.Tracking

Some parcels may include tracking depending on service and parcel size. We’ll share tracking details if available.

5.Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received the parcel:

Check safe places and with neighbours.

Email contact@mamutino.co.uk within 3 calendar days of the delivery status update so we can investigate with the courier.

7.Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@mamutino.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 30 days of delivery) with:

a clear photo of the item,

a photo of the outer packaging,

your order number and a short description of the issue.

8.Split shipments

To ship your order as quickly as possible, items may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here.
